CHALLENGES BILKOM FACED BEFORE VISPERA

As national technology retail chains start to become the main sales channels for accessories, Bilkom also grew its operations in the sector.   However, facing growing operational demand and competition with national brands, they had a challenge to build a trade marketing strategy and to lead a field execution team with a productive mindset.     That’s when Vispera gave a hand to track the performance of their in-store execution with image recognition solutions powered by deep learning!

Begining in January 2019, Bilkom started to monitor OSA and planogram compliance in more than 100 stores across Turkey for more than 250 SKUs.

The results were remarkable! 

In the following three months, Bilkom achieved an astonishing increase of 120% in sales as a result of increased OSA and 60+% planogram compliance!
