Qualifications
  • Understanding of microservice architecture.
  • Familiarity with DDD concepts, Event Sourcing & CQRS.
  • Experience on the design and development of complex, data rich web services and applications.
  • Experience developing backend services using C#, Python, Go.
  • Experience with transport layer technologies like REST APIs, gRPC, pub/sub messaging.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS services or at least familiarity with VPS provider services such as DigitalOcean.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Experience with source code control systems such as Git.
  • Collaborate effectively with all technical team members and other project stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and manage work for 2-3 projects at a time.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing and changing work environment.
  • Excellent command of Turkish written and oral, good command of English written and oral.

We are looking for a Sales Leader to drive successful expansion of our service within the countries in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) excluding Russia. The Sales Leader will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers, and identify opportunities in her/his Region. Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear and comprehensive understanding of Vispera products, business model, and organizational structure,
  • Accurately forecast revenue pipelines and develop scalable sales processes and procedures for CIS excluding Russia,
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in CIS markets (excluding Russia),
  • Partner with the wider sales & marketing team to grow footprint,
  • Participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer and member satisfaction,
  • Raise awareness of the proposition in the market,
  • Understand customer requirements and contribute to product development, 
  • Draft quotations, commercial agreements/contracts and manage sales process, 
  • Keep up-to-date records in the company's CRM system and report regularly,
  • Research market trends and competition in the Region, 
  • Closely work with customer success and operations teams,
  • 50% travel is expected.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience,
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management role,
  • A history of demonstrated quota achievement and consistent territory growth is a plus,
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company,
  • Business fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required and Russian is a plus,
