We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive successful adoption and expansion of our service within her/his assigned accounts. The CSM role will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers and identify opportunities in her/his accounts. Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Guide and coach customer executives, managers and employees with a dedicated customer success process
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty and driving strong renewal and upsell rates
  • Partner with sales, management, operations, support, and R&D teams to understand and improve support workflows and deliverables
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions together with Operations team
  • Contribute to product development funnel by acquiring customer feedbacks and newf feature requests
  • Evaluate the status of new customer progress and propose solutions to different use-cases
  • Drive production of case studies with intense data analytics and assessments
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or another client-facing role
  • 5+ years of experience in diverse team management
  • A history of demonstrated quota achievement and consistent territory growth is a plus
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company
  • Business fluency in English (speaking and writing)

Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer, who will design, develop and implement state-of-the-art vision and machine learning algorithms focused to complex problems in retail scene understanding (product detection/recognition, price detection/reading, shelf/display classification, customer tracking, activity recognition etc), and who will work collaboratively with our product and system development teams to enhance Vispera’s current image recognition services. This role requires highly versatile skill set and the applicants are expected to be able to contribute in all relevant domains.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing and improving computer vision and machine learning algorithms for retail scene understanding and analytics, involving problems like product detection/recognition, price detection/reading, customer detection/ tracking, activity recognition etc

  • Leveraging vision and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, OpenCV, and building models on top of them

  • Training, versioning and maintaining deep learning models, with techniques such as transfer learning, data augmentation, etc. to optimize models for a fast-paced production environment

  • Organization, maintenance and management of training, validation and test data-sets for continued improvement and performance tracking of image recognition models

  • Working closely with system engineers to seamlessly integrate all vision algorithms and deep engines into production

Requirements
  • BS (preferably MS) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a related field with a strong focus on computer vision and machine learning

  • Project level knowledge and experience in object detection and recognition or 3+ years of industry and/or research experience in relevant field

  • Excellent understanding and real world expertise in machine learning, particularly in areas of deep learning and deep neural networks applied to computer vision problems

  • Strong understanding of linear algebra, optimization, probability and statistics

  • Strong development skills in Python, C/C++, MATLAB

  • Solid experience with TensorFlow, OpenCV and other vision and deep learning libraries and frameworks

  • Understanding of common deep CNN/RNN models in use today e.g. Inception, ResNets, R-CNN, LSTMs etc.

  • Ability and eagerness to explore, learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Knowledge of working closely with Version Control (GIT)

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Strong command in English

Nice To Haves
  • Experience with software architecture and/or API design, complemented by robust integration skills

  • Experience with model optimization tools such as TensorRT and OpenVINO for optimized GPU and CPU computing

  • Experience with CUDA and / or mobile (Android / iOS) development
